All items are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, both within Australia and overseas.
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase.
If there is likely to be a delay, we will advise you via email.

Shipping costs

Within Australia

UPDATE:  Free EXPRESS shipping on all orders over $99, Australia wide,  has been extended until further notice!!

$11.95 flat rate on all orders up to $249.  Your package will be sent Express Post.
Orders $250 and over qualify for free shipping.  Your package will be sent either Parcel Post or Express Post at our discretion.

Alternatively, you may choose to collect from the store closest to you, for no charge.  Please wait until you receive an email with a link to follow which will advise you that your item/s are ready for collection.

New Zealand

$22 flat rate shipping on all orders up to $349  Please note: bulky items like shoes and handbags may incur an additional charge
Free shipping on all orders $390 and over

Rest of the World

$35 flat rate will be initially charged for shipping on all orders.  Overpayment will be refunded should actual shipping vary by $5 or more.
You can email or use the online chat at any time to get an exact quote for shipping cost.
Please note: bulky items like shoes and handbags may incur a charge higher than the $35 flat rate.

RETURNS 

Should you receive a full priced item that does not fit or the item you chose is not quite what you are after, we have a 14 day exchange/credit period. 

We do not offer refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. 

Prior to purchase, we are available to answer any question or concern regarding any item.  We offer a one on one fit service via online chat, phone, email or Facebook or Instagram messaging and encourage you to utilise this service and our extensive knowledge.  Our aim is to help you choose the best size first time around. 

Should you need to return an item, we will work with you to find you a suitable exchange or issue you with a credit in the form of an online gift voucher for the purchase price of your item. This credit is valid for 12 months from issue.

Email info@thatshop.com.au within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. Please act promptly as this will allow you to get it back to us within the exchange period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement.

If your initial purchase qualified you for free shipping, and you return an item for a credit, your credit will be reduced by the standard $11.95 shipping cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached.  It must be in the original packaging.  You will not qualify for an exchange or credit if you have damaged an item of clothing due to incorrect size choice.

Please note - if your item is a gift, you may remove the barcode price sticker, but please leave the brand tag attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange on sale items.

We do not accept exchanges on swimwear, beauty products or pierced jewelry.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Email info@thatshop.com.au within 7 days of purchase to advise us of the fault and to arrange return of the item.

To return your product, after contacting us via email, you will be instructed to mail it to: PO Box 1085, Banora Point.  NSW 2486

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact as explained above.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.
