Should you receive an item that does not fit or the item you chose is not quite what you are after, we offer a 14 day exchange period. Email email@example.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return. Please act promptly as this will allow you to get it back to us within the exchange period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached. It must be in the original packaging.
We cannot offer exchange on sale items.
We do not accept exchanges on swimwear, beauty products or pierced jewelry.
If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase to advise us of the fault and to arrange return of the item.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without prior contact as explained above.
Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.
