PRICING

All items are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST

RETURNS

Should you receive a full priced item that does not fit or the item you chose is not quite what you are after, we have a 14 day return policy for exchange or credit.


Prior to purchase, we are available to answer any question or concern regarding any item.  We offer a one on one fit service via online chat, phone, email or Facebook or Instagram messaging and encourage you to utilise this service and our extensive knowledge.  Our aim is to help you choose the best size first time around.  
We do not offer refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. 

Should you need to return an item, we will work with you to find you a suitable exchange or issue you with a credit in the form of an online gift voucher for the purchase price of your item. This credit is valid for 12 months from issue and can be extended at your request.

To discuss and arrange a return please email info@thatshop.com.au or utilise our online chat function as soon as possible after receiving your order. Acting promptly will allow you to get you return back to us within the exchange period. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item and the costs of shipping the replacement.

If your initial purchase qualified you for free shipping, and you return an item for a credit, your credit will be reduced by the standard $8.95 shipping cost.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached.  You will not qualify for an exchange or credit if you have damaged an item of clothing due to incorrect size choice.

If your item is a gift, you may remove the barcode price sticker, but please leave the brand tag attached.

Please note, if you choose to return your item using an untracked service, we are unable to take responsibility if the returned item does not reach us.

Unfortunately, all sale items are considered final sale and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or credit.

Sale items are considered to be any item that is not full price.  This includes any items purchased during a flash sale promotion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, beauty products, wigs and hairpieces or pierced jewelery.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We do attempt to quality control all items prior to packing and posting but in the unlikely event that receive a faulty item, we will gladly repair, replace or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Email info@thatshop.com.au or chat with us on our online chat function within 7 days of purchase to advise us of the fault and to discuss return of the item.

After contacting us via email or chat, you may be instructed to mail it us and we will advice the address at the time.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item arrives before dispatching.
If you would prefer to receive in stock items immediately, we suggest that you split your orders in two.  One for pre-order and one for in stock items.

SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, both within Australia and overseas.

We will do our best to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase.

If there is likely to be a delay, we will advise you via email.

Alternatively, you may choose to collect from the store closest to you, for no charge.  Please wait until you receive an email with a link to follow which will advise you that your item/s are ready for collection.

New Zealand

$22 flat rate shipping on all orders up to $349  Please note: bulky items like shoes and handbags may incur an additional charge
Free shipping on all orders $390 and over

Shipping to the UK

 

$42 flat rate will be initially charged for shipping on all orders.  Overpayment will be refunded should actual shipping vary by $5 or more.  You can email or use the online chat at any time to get an exact quote for shipping cost.

Please note: bulky/heavy items like shoes and handbags may incur a charge higher than the $42 flat rate.  You will be contacted once we receive your order if this is the case and given the option to continue and accept the increased cost or cancel your order.

Unfortunately, due to changes resulting from the introduction of Brexit, we are now unable to accept purchases of less than $260.  You are then responsible for the payment of duties and taxes upon arrival at the UK border.

Rest of the World

$39 flat rate will be initially charged for shipping on all orders.  Overpayment will be refunded should actual shipping vary by $5 or more.  You can email or use the online chat at any time to get an exact quote for shipping cost.

You are then responsible for the payment of duties and taxes upon arrival in your country if applicable.
